About a year ago we discovered a pasta producer in Paso Robles that blew our socks off. Really. (Oh, and we are really picky about our pasta!) Etto Pasta is making some of the highest quality pasta we have tasted. That visit enticed us to collaborate with the owners, the Terrizzis, on various projects. We decided that we had to introduce our customers to the Terrizzis and all of their wonderful creations.

Come with us as we tour their pasta factory, taste their Italian wines grown in Paso, have lunch in their delicious restaurant and shop at their excellent Italian market. In addition we visit Antonio Varia, the owner of Allepia Salami for a tour of his facility and tasting of his delicious cured meats.

What is included:

Mid-morning: Visit Allepia Salumeria where our friend, Antonio Varia, makes the cured meats that we used to serve in our tasting room. Most of you remember that, right? Taste through his delicious salamis and ndjua and get a chance to stock up on your favorites…WITH A DISCOUNT JUST FOR OUR GROUP.

 

Late-morning: Visit Etto Pasta factory for an exclusive tour which will make it clear why their pasta is so superior to others.

 

Lunch is offered at Etto Pasta Bar, the Terrizzis delicious restaurant, where we have a 3 course meal and get to try 3 different pasta dishes. (A glass of wine and coffee included.)

 

Wine Tasting: of the Terrizzi's Giornata Wines with Brian and Stephy Terrizzi at their winemaking facility. They are dedicated to making Italian varietals in as close to an Italian style as possible. 

 

Shopping: After all that, we end up at Etto Pastificio, which we kid you not, is one of the best Italian markets north of Los Angeles and South of San Francisco. It is filled to the brim with their fresh and dried pastas, olive oils, vinegars, wine, Italian condiments and many other goodies.
