Limited to 12 adults

2 SPOTS LEFT!

If you have never been to breathtaking Alto Adige, home to the Dolomite mountains, you may not know what you have been missing. This area of the Italian Alps bordering Austria is a UNESCO heritage site known for its pristine and jaw-dropping beauty. The Alps here rise dramatically above the verdant valleys and lush vineyards below. In October the fall colors should be glorious. The area is full of all kinds of health-oriented outdoor activities, as well as spas and spa hotels. Food and wine lovers make the pilgrimage here to see the mountain-hugging vineyards, taste the stunning wines and unique, Tyrolean culinary traditions.

When you combine the cleansing and invigorating practices of saunas, steam rooms, yoga, meditation and being in nature with the joy of gourmet food and wine, you have a recipe for balance.  (Please note: all of the self-care activities will the individual's choice. We are providing the offerings and you choose what you want or don't want to do.)

Solitude and conviviality.
Health and decadence.
Rest and activity.
In short – balance.
